Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon Non-Alcoholic Red Wine 2018 has produced in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. After undergoing fermentation in stainless steel cooperage, the wine has separated from the skins, and a portion of it has moved into oak for extended aging. Just before bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
Ariel oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of black currants, cherry, blueberries, and chocolate, with soft tannins and a dry finish. It pairs well with manchego, carne asada, Texas chili, or wood-fired pizza. Enjoy now, or can be held up to two years!
