Luxardo had a Bitter Bianco recipe in his records since the early 1900s; however, after the company was destroyed in Zara, no samples or existing bottles were ever found.
Luxardo Bitter Bianco Liqueur shares the same infusions of bitter herbs, aromatic plants, and citrus fruits as Luxardo Bitter. However, before the blending process, most of these infusions are distilled, a process that turns the color transparent and slightly changes the flavor profile.
Luxardo Bitter Bianco Liqueur, with its infusion of Roman Absinthe (Wormwood), is a versatile delight. It enhances the bitter taste and gives the product its distinctive ivory color. Luxardo Bitter Bianco is not just for classic cocktails like Negroni or Paloma, but can also be savored neat or over ice, making it a perfect aperitivo for any occasion.
